Training Officer

Location: Central Region

You will work in partnership with line departments to plan and manage all Human Resource matters of the department to ensure effective and efficient implementation of HR policies. You will be responsible for the following: 

  • Plan, manage, co-ordinate and facilitate induction course virtually or physically.
  • Conduct post course after-action-review (AAR) and analyse area of improvement needed
  • Support and advice (e.g. in course provider, procurement) in Lead Department / Stakeholder training courses
  • Monitor and ensure courses are conducted in accordance to schedule 
  • Support other roles as directed by supervisor

Job requirement:

  • 1-2 years of working experience in Learning and Development
  • Able to conduct course facilitation
  • Familiar with end to end course administration
  • Familiar with the use and deployment of virtual tools for training e.g. Zoom
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Certified in ACTA/ACLP would be an advantage
