Job description:

  • Liaise with training operations and the sector training team to provide administrative and logistical support, so as to ensure a smooth running of training programmes for social service professionals;
  • Liaise with various teams and partners to ensure smooth running of programmes for foster parents and volunteers
  • Front communications (both written/verbal) with internal and external stakeholders on training-related enquiries
  • Managing the training database of professionals, foster parents and volunteers;
  • Consolidate and maintain the evaluation database on the training programmes;
  • Assist in the development of publicity posters and Electronic Direct Mailings;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of blended learning courseware;
  • Conduct research and source for relevant resources on training for our target audience;
  • Support the Research and Courseware Development for trainings;
  • Provide administrative support with procurement,
  • Assist with classroom observation and assessment of trainers;
  • Prepare presentation slides and recording minutes of discussion for the team;
  • Assist with simple translation for learners at training;
  • Provide general corporate support for the team.
  • Track and manage annual department Budget, KPIs, report to stakeholders

Job requirement:

  • Singaporean only
  • Min diploma in any field
  • Experience in the management, production and communication of information on digital platforms (ICT) and office administration will be advantageous.
  • Good communication skills
