Tenancy Management Executive

As an Tenancy Management Executive, you will plan, manage and coordinate the deployment and reporting of teams of officers. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Plan, coordinate and manage daily deployment and reporting of safe-distancing and enforcement officers and activities
  • Liaise with HR counterparts and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding of officers
  • Management and deployment of auxiliary officers
  • Provide personnel-related administrative supports (e.g. processing leave, off-in-lieu, claims etc)
  • Manage and replenish logistics supplies needed for deployment of officers
  • Develop clear communication channels for dissemination of latest SOPs/guidelines so as to ensure they carry out their work according to the SOPs/guidelines
  • Plan and conduct performance audits at sites
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Analyse, monitor and report safe-distancing situations
  • Compile relevant data from various digital sources on ground situations daily
  • Analyse trends and draft daily situational submissions for reporting
  • Propose, develop and implement solutions which help to enhance the process of compilation and analysis of data
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Prepare presentation materials for inter-agency meetings, engage and collaborate with other agencies on safe-distancing initiatives
  • Manage and investigate safe distancing incidents and enforcement cases
  • Compile cases of incident and follow up with relevant stakeholders on the next course of actions
  • Update enforcement e-database
  • Prepare and issue letters/notices for enforcement cases
  • Coordinate prosecution cases, conduct interviews with offenders and liaise with relevant stakeholders on the next course of actions
  • Handle, investigate and draft reports on public feedback on safe-distancing officers
  • Manage and process feedback and appeals related to safe distancing incidents and enforcement cases
  • Perform other related duties as required

Job requirement:

  • Degree in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of working experience in running operations work / HR management support 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills
  • Able to adapt to fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with working weekends / beyond office hours (when necessary)
