Temporary Staff (Secretariat)

As part of the Secretariat team, the responsibilities of the temporary staff will include: 

  • Supporting team initiatives which include data analytics, robotic process automation (RPA), and other systems/process improvement projects.
  • Retrieval, review and categorisation of database information for data cleansing. 
  • Assist in the tracking and review of ideas and projects 
  • Participate as a user-member in development of integrated SOPs 
  • Assist in the deployment of system updates and SOPs.
  • Work with appointed vendor(s) to deliver related projects 
  • Planning and organising events and activities. 
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Job requirement:

  • Local Diploma
  • Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in admin roles
  • Proficient in using Pivot Table & Vlookup
