As part of the Secretariat team, the responsibilities of the temporary staff will include:
- Supporting team initiatives which include data analytics, robotic process automation (RPA), and other systems/process improvement projects.
- Retrieval, review and categorisation of database information for data cleansing.
- Assist in the tracking and review of ideas and projects
- Participate as a user-member in development of integrated SOPs
- Assist in the deployment of system updates and SOPs.
- Work with appointed vendor(s) to deliver related projects
- Planning and organising events and activities.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors
- Local Diploma
- Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in admin roles
- Proficient in using Pivot Table & Vlookup
