Temporary Staff (HR & Payroll Compensation)

Salary: Up to $2,600 / month

Contract duration: 12 months

Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office hours)


Job Responsibilities: 

  • Administer compensation transactional matters such as billings and invoice processing for cross-charging to other entities
  • Verification of manpower billing and invoicing 
  • Provide manpower accruals to Finance on a monthly basis 
  • Assist with payroll-related enquiry from staff and other institutions 
  • Handle and provide payroll costs to other team  
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team

Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma in Accounting/Finance related fields
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Good team player with passion for healthcare
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Without certification, but has relevant experience are welcome to apply
