Temporary Staff (Events Coordination)

Location: Singapore

Salary: Up to $14.50 / hour

Contract duration: 3 months

Nearest MRT: Buona Vista

Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office hours)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Event I/C with the event in 2022
  • Liaise with stakeholders and any 3rd parties (e.g. SSAs or partners) to ensure timely follow-up of discussion and plan
  • Source for quotes and work closely with the support team for procurement processes
  • Coordination with all constituency officers/directors for special guests invitations and with event vendors/suppliers for setting up and execution
  • Event co-ordination work including but is not limited to:
    • Printing and packing event-related items
    • Arranging for courier
  • Coordination and execution of fundraising initiatives for all signature events
  • Any other tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma
  • Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office (ie. Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
