Job Description:

  • Handle phone enquiries at a contact centre for matters relating to the building and construction industry; 
  • Provide accurate information to customers in a professional and timely manner;
  • Enter information into the Customer Feedback Management system;
  • Liaise with relevant parties for follow-up of feedback where necessary; and
  • Other frontline and administrative duties when required.
  • May be rostered to work weekends

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma, or equivalent qualification, preferably with at least 1 year of frontline experience in a Contact Centre or customer service environment;
  • Pleasant personality, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; and
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Willing to work on weekends
