Temporary Staff cum Executive (Finance)

Job description:

  • Set up and enhance systems and processes to improve financial accountability by setting clearer guidelines and enabling programme owners in team to track payments and budget utilization more easily
  • Coordinate responses across the team for finance-related matters e.g. budget submissions, progress updates, internal/ external audits
  • Liaise with external stakeholders on incoming/outgoing finance-related queries, assessment of budget proposals, disbursements, budget projections and submission of progress reports
  • Manage the team’s finance folders and records
  • Support the team on various administrative matters e.g. coordinating input across the team in response to ad-hoc requests, vetting funding agreements, submission of disbursement requests and processing of claims

Job requirement:

  • Degree in Finance/accounting OR Degree in any field
  • At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in finance
  • Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook 
  • Able to commit at least 12months
  • A positive attitude
