Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office hours)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in HR filing and information management on SharePoint including file sorting and labeling according to client's file plan 
    • Assist with verification & filing of leave applications supporting documents.
  • Collation of internship attendance sheets
    • Calculation of internship allowance and getting approval from HOD
  • Assist in planning for staff orientation e.g. email invitation, attendance, coordinating with presenters.
    • Preparing of Staff Profile for CEO Engagement sessions as part of Staff Orientation
    • Assist in Cumulus project, such as perform User Acceptance Testing
  • To assist in office moving (in case office renovation is ready and client need to shift back end of the year or next year)

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Meticulous, proficient in numbers, and good writing skills
  • Possess a driven, self-motivated and positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and is a team player
  • English (written & spoken) - due to the nature of work
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) are necessary
