Temp Staff (Registry Unit)

Working timing:Monday - Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Working days: 5 working days per week


As a Temp Staff (Registry Unit), your responsibility is to:

  • Receive incoming IPs from various divisions
  • Create barcodes for new items, process items requests and assign the items to the duty prosecutor;
  • Associate and assign e-rep request to the assigned person in charge;
  • Mark movements of items to Officers or Executives in charge
  • Distribute physical files to Officers in charge in the designated room and to mark out the completed item request
  • Scan and upload Officers in charges’ instructions, minutes and other relevant documents onto company's system;
  • Detach internal notes/internal minutes before returning items to the appropriate registry units;
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as instructed by supervisors
