Temp Staff (Helpdesk)

Job description:

  • Assisting users remotely in resolving issues encountered in their daily use of IT systems (e.g. PC configuration, setup)
  • Answering queries concerning usage of standard applications and IT services, and servicing request calls (e.g. account creation).
  • Resolving PC client services calls, and effectively troubleshooting or isolating the problem and dispatching the call to the next level, if necessary.

Job requirement

  • Min qualification: Diploma
  • Independent and hardworking individual who is able to work both alone and/or as a team
  • Past HelpDesk experiences is an added advantage!
