Job description:
- Assisting users remotely in resolving issues encountered in their daily use of IT systems (e.g. PC configuration, setup)
- Answering queries concerning usage of standard applications and IT services, and servicing request calls (e.g. account creation).
- Resolving PC client services calls, and effectively troubleshooting or isolating the problem and dispatching the call to the next level, if necessary.
Job requirement
- Min qualification: Diploma
- Independent and hardworking individual who is able to work both alone and/or as a team
- Past HelpDesk experiences is an added advantage!
