- Assist in processing the Annual Return (AR) submissions i.e. they have to check against the company’s financial report to ensure the revenue/expense items are reported and categorized correctly and where necessary, they have to clarify with the respondents.
- Required to call up companies to verify data, request for incomplete/missing documents etc
- Required to man the Annual Return hotlines (form filing assistance, general survey inquiries etc.)
- Handle general admin work like opening mails, filing/archiving documents, data entry, call up companies with outstanding and/or incomplete submissions etc.
- Min. ‘A’ Level with accounting background.
- Familiar with the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement and some knowledge to differentiate what are income and expense entries.
- Willing and comfortable to liaise with respondents over the phone
