Temp Staff (Corporate Services)

Working timing:Monday - Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Working days: 5 working days per week

As a Temp Staff (Corporate Services), your responsibility is to:

  • Facilitate buys and loan of office supplies;
  • Administration of corporate gifts;
  • Stock taking and organisation of office supplies and corporate gifts;
  • Travel management support such as sourcing for accommodation quotations
  • Any other corporate administrative and travel management matters as assigned by Supervisors

Job requirements:

  • Able to work independent
  • Able to cope with a fast paced environment
  • Min. Diploma holders
