Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Office hours)


Job Responsibilities:


a) Support daily operational duties for central buys (including packing and stock-taking of stationery items), central loan, corporate gifts management, official gifts management and commercial shredding exercises. 

b) Support in the innovation projects such as collating data to aid in the approval processes and system enhancements

c) Source for quotations and coordinate on green activities and Environmental Sustainability initiatives.

d) Assist in events logistics support.

e) Assist with packing and stock taking of bulk stationery items.

f) Any other duties by the team


Job Requirements:


• Preferably with office administration/ procurement experience

• Comfortable with shifting and packing heavy items

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Prior experience in Administrative or related field

• Able to commit at least 6 months
