- Planning and executions of tasks for managing an conference.
- Involved in event organisation supported by event organising company.
- Miscellaneous administrative and logistical support function (e.g. procure necessary items, e.g. trophies, certificate and prepare for certificate printing)
- Only Singaporean.
- Preferably a candidate that is coming from IT/ Engineering background.
- Familiar with engineering/ technical domains and lingo, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and use of digital tools for virtual conferences and social media.
- Have effective communication skills to work with counterparts and vendors
- Be proactive in taking initiative within areas of responsibility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with effective time management skills.
