Temp Customer Service Associate

Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Contract term: 2 - 3 Months

You will be the voice of the organisation in providing high standards of service to our customers in the contact centre. Duties include handling of general enquiries, appointment administration and other hotline administrative functions.

The incumbent shall be responsible to:

  • Provide high standards of service to our customers
  • Address general enquiries
  • Book appointments
  • Assist in any other hotline administrative functions

Job requirement:

  • Min 'O' Levels
  • Prior customer service experience would be advantageous
  • Singaporean only
