Your role responsibilities:

  1. To screen through the renewal confirmation and new business documents flowed down by Marketing. 
  2. Filing and/or preparing of documents for Imaging 
  3. Print & Photostat of contract, endorsements, tax invoices and cover letter
  4. Despatching of documents and stamping of incoming mails
  5. Creation of policy header and client (member) creation and ensuring that the data entered is accurate
  6. Any other miscellaneous duties assigned by BPO

Job requirement:

  • Must be “A” Level qualification
  •  Some experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience in group insurance is advantageous.
  • Meticulous, task oriented and a good team player.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
