Your role responsibilities:
- To screen through the renewal confirmation and new business documents flowed down by Marketing.
- Filing and/or preparing of documents for Imaging
- Print & Photostat of contract, endorsements, tax invoices and cover letter
- Despatching of documents and stamping of incoming mails
- Creation of policy header and client (member) creation and ensuring that the data entered is accurate
- Any other miscellaneous duties assigned by BPO
- Must be “A” Level qualification
- Some experience in an administrative role.
- Experience in group insurance is advantageous.
- Meticulous, task oriented and a good team player.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
