Temp Customer Care Officers

Salary: Up to $1,950 / month

Nearest MRT: Clarke Quay/Chinatown MRT

Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office hours)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist team in the implementation of border control policies.
  • Handle enquiries on border control
  • Contact customers to seek clarification where required
  • Respond to appeals for entry
  • Assist to check for relevant documentation

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
  • Good communication skills and customer service skills, positive work attitude and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Admin or data entry experience (preferable)
  • Candidates should possess good command of English and preferably with least 1-2 year of customer service experience.
