Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office hours)

Job Responsibilities: 
  • To coordinate with organisation on the issuance and monitoring of the e-learning accounts for SIP 
    • Tag individual e-learning accounts to residents and issue to residents 
    • Based on organisation's returns, remind residents to complete e-learning 
    • Track and inform client of the residents who did not complete e-learning. 
  • To inform organisation on the number of classes, including which native language, to prepare for SIP prior to lessons
  • To allocate classrooms to the cohorts
  • To track the number of workers attending virtual/F2F SIP daily, by native language, and particulars of workers who did not attend 
  • To check with workers from minority groups on their understanding of English and native language of the SIP and inform client if they are not able to understand SIP. 
  • To consolidate details of workers who do not complete SIP / cannot understand SIP content, and inform client
  • To furnish the above information into required reports daily
  • To facilitate augmented learning set-up 
Job Requirements: 
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma 
  • Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook (preferred)
  • Attention to detail
  • General Administrative experience will be helpful
  • Individual who can work independently, takes ownership of work, and can gauge when to escalate issues will have an advantage
