Working hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Location: Jurong East MRT


Job description:

  • Assist in Health Screening projects taken on by the Health & Wellness Clinic, and Staff Clinic
  • Assist in administrative and logistics duties for staff vaccination exercises
  • Preparation and delivery of medical reports for health screening, Pre-Employment Medical Examination and vaccination
  • Data entry and collation for health screening related surveys
  • Data entry, collation and compilation for Health & Wellness Clinic, and Staff Clinic
  • Assist in any other administrative support duties as required by Health & Wellness Clinic, and Staff Clinic

Job requirement:

  •  Minimally GCE ‘O’ Levels
  • Preferably with relevant experience in healthcare setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
