Your role is to support the System & Data management team in the following areas:

  • Assisting in data cleansing or rectifying data errors made by end users
  • Processing operational updates of student related information
  • Participating in defining the business requirements and testing within focus areas
  • Assisting in the completion of the enhancements within the database system
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues (non-technical) encountered by end users
  • Assist in Office’s events such as Commencement ceremonies.
  • Any other ad-hoc projects and administrative related duties

Job requirement:

  • Min Nitec
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good administrative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Ms Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
  • Prior exposure to PeopleSoft system or other applications
