Telesales Representative (Temp – Permanent)
BGC Group is looking for an enthusiastic a Telesales Rep to connect with existing and potential new clients over the phone.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. This is a temporary role, but with a possibility of conversion on fantastic performance. You will have a rare opportunity to be groomed directly by our CEO.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable sharing about our recruitment products or services over the phone, as well as hearing out complaints and doubts.
- Help re-connect with existing clients and connect with potential clients to share with them about our recruitment products
- Understand their current hiring needs through surveys to understand their requirements
- Qualify leads for the Sales and Business Development Team to follow up with and close
- Track records of calls and sales and note down useful information for improving processes
- No educational limitation, however, we are looking at your proven experience or potential for telesales or in relevant sales/customer service roles
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
