Job description:

  • Manage and attend to all customer needs such as advising on proper usage of products, make appropriate recommendations based on current promotion activities/mechanics etc.
  • Accountable for the opening and closing of cash register procedures including banking, ensure accurate and sufficient cash float in register and custodian to the safe key in the absence of the Pharmacist
  • Ensure standards for quality of product, customer service and merchandise displayed in the correct categories with the correct price label
  • Maintain store’s cleanliness, health and safety measures
  • Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
  • Organize and distribute staff duty roster ensuring adequate and efficient manpower resource at all times
  • Assist Pharmacist in supervising floor staff ensuring that all comply to company’s policies and regulations
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail pharmacy
  • Independent and team player with good leadership skills
  • Service-oriented and hands-on person
  • Familiar with MS office applications
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
