Support Officer (Family Services)

Location: Singapore

Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Contract Term: 3 months (extendable)

Job description:

  • Manage family services duty line;
  • Track no. of cases referred brought to the team;
  • Extract, input and upload all relevant data from reports and supporting documents into the system;
  • Ensuring that records for API cases are updated;
  • Collate and monitor the timeline and submission of various case reviews;
  • Track submission or crisis placement forms;
  • Support in collation of data;
  • Provide support in field work with onsite officers;
  • Organise case conference with family members and agencies
  • Co-ordinate meetings, File management and administrative and corporate support.

Job requirement:

  • Singaporean only
  • Min Diploma in any field of studies
  • Extremely organized, process-oriented and able to multi-task 
  • Able to work independently and as a team
