Assist officers and centre operators with the creation of accounts and login issues
Creation and defunct of centres in systems
Update mapping of centres to officers in systems
Administrative & Data Management support
Data verification of monthly reports
Assist with the coordination of tech refresh exercises
Update of IT database monthly
Logistics support- Management of IT equipment
Assist with the loaning of equipment to officers
Deployment of monitor and keyboard to officers
Collection of laptops for new officers
Ad-hoc duties assigned by the team
Minimum education requirement: Diploma
Good written and communication skills.
Able to work in a team, and with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
