Social Research Executive

Job Description:

  • Manage tasks under the National Committee on Prevention, Rehabilitation and Recidivism (NCPR), including secretariat work, maintenance of website and the planning/organising of engagements with community partners
  • Handle research work and literature reviews, e.g., for design of a study
  • Manage information and data, including data entry, cleaning and quantitative analysis
  • Manage research projects with liaison and secretariat work
  • Prepare monthly stats and ops matters for youth programs
  • May also be involved in other new projects that the client will undertake

Requirements

  • Min Degree in relevant field
  • Ability to communicate effectively while work independently or as a team 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of survey methodology
  • Prior experience in data cleaning such as handling missing data and in data analysis is a plus
  • Prior Experience in social science research is a plus
  • Proficiency in statistical tools such as SPSS
