Job Description:
- Manage tasks under the National Committee on Prevention, Rehabilitation and Recidivism (NCPR), including secretariat work, maintenance of website and the planning/organising of engagements with community partners
- Handle research work and literature reviews, e.g., for design of a study
- Manage information and data, including data entry, cleaning and quantitative analysis
- Manage research projects with liaison and secretariat work
- Prepare monthly stats and ops matters for youth programs
- May also be involved in other new projects that the client will undertake
Requirements
- Min Degree in relevant field
- Ability to communicate effectively while work independently or as a team
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of survey methodology
- Prior experience in data cleaning such as handling missing data and in data analysis is a plus
- Prior Experience in social science research is a plus
- Proficiency in statistical tools such as SPSS
