Working hours:

8.30am - 6.00pm (Monday-Thursday)

8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)

No. of Working Days per Week: 5 working days per week


Job Description:

  • Supervise the junior staff in terms of survey progress
  • Verify of data and information through phone calls
  • Creating new training materials for future batches of supervisors 
  • Prepare and conduct training
  • Meet up with Survey Managers to identify gaps for improvement for staff
  • Conduct training evaluation and evaluation on post-deployment
  • Plan and schedule training


Job Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in crafting training materials and hosting successful training sessions
  • Able to suggest relevant improvement plans for the current training that is held
