Senior Systems Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Develop good working relationship with clinics’ personnel by ensuring quick turnaround time when dealing with customer requirements/issues.
  2. Work with the various teams to manage clinics’ requirements/issues.
  3. Plan and manage scheduling and re-scheduling of system deployment activities for clinics depending to individual clinic operation hours.
  4. Manage end to end system deployment activities for multiple clinics’ concurrently.
  5. Point of contact for clinics in regards to deployment activities and queries on system functionalities with support from functional team.
  6. Perform end user briefing on the deployment process and manage user expectations.
  7. Manage and conduct clinic’s existing data analysis and advice end users on data cleaning needs in preparation for data migration.
  8. Perform data mapping for clinic’s existing data as required.
  9. Execute data extraction, validation, loading and verification with end users.
  10. Gather inputs from clinic end users for the application master data set up and perform configuration.
  11. Maintain clinic’s configuration documentation.
  12. Liaise with end user equipment supplier to ensure timely delivery, installation and acceptance testing of ordered equipment, which includes computers, printers and network router.
  13. Provide on-site support for system go-live at the clinics.
  14. Provide post go-live support by following through clinic’s requests/issues till closure.

Job requirements:

  • Tertiary Education in Computer/Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 5-6 years of experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in IT system implementation experience with hands on development experience in .NET.
  • Experience working in projects with data migration activities preferred.
  • Able to take direction and work resourcefully, quickly, and independently.
  • Capacity to perform under pressure to handle difficult situations and issues swiftly.
  • Ability to build good working relationship at all levels.
  • Open to flexible working hours
  • Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards establishing good working relationships with assigned clinics.
  • Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Results and customer oriented, self-driven team player with strong organization and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Knowledge in healthcare domain or exposure to hospital information/clinical dashboard is an added advantage.
  • Must be comfortable with 24x7 on call standby duty, no shift work required.
