To maximize sales through providing high standard of service to the customer, maximizing selling opportunities and effective application of job knowledge:


1) Customer Service

  • Demonstrate Service Pride and apply the 5 non-negotiable service standards
  • Maintain a service-oriented attitude to colleagues at all times through effective communication, co-operation and teamwork


2) Selling 

  • Achieve the agreed basic standards on the sales floor including fitting room, till and service zone at all times. Suggest additional matching items, advising of special promotions, offering alternatives
  • Be able to set and make efforts to achieve personal selling KPI
  • Be able to display the merchandise to attract customer attention and encourage sales
  • Ensure the sales floor is well stocked according sales trend


3) Merchandise Management

  • Maximize sales through effective management of departmental stock and size availability to facilitate layout planning,
  • Effective use of reports, e.g. ASR and able to give recommendations and actions on stock movement. React to sales trend of your store (e.g. looking at the size ratio and selling ratio), proactively work on seasonal and promotion needs.
  • Accurate stock movements administration, e.g. delivery check, stock transfer.
  • Count merchandise and complete administrative document efficiently and accurately



4) Job Knowledge

  • Ensure effective use of the operational & OJT manuals
  • Make use of the product knowledge to suggest products and promote product benefits to customers in order to drive sales
  • Maintain VM standards on the sales floor and keep the backstage area clean and tidy.
  • Operate the till with the correct procedures, achieving high level of efficiency and accuracy.


5) Cost Control

  • Help to achieve the Company’s Theft and Loss target by adhering to all Company theft and loss procedures, e.g. fitting room control, date rotation, accurate ticketing.


6) Health and Safety

  • Be safety-conscious at all times, paying special attention when manual handling.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Maintain a safe and hygiene working environment on sales floor and backstage areas.
