Role and Responsibilities
- Define programme outcomes and KPIs in alignment with national healthcare objectives
- Drive cross-programme process mapping to ensure end-to-end perspectives of impacted key PHI processes
- Advice and support programme teams to identify process gaps or inefficiencies and risks, and facilitate cross-programme discussions to ensure resolution and/or optimization methods and design for improvement
- Track measurement and reporting; use a consistent set of productivity tools that enable more efficient use of ecosystem and track results produced by key program teams to ensure a consistent value delivery and effectiveness of the processes in a highly complex, matrixed organization
- Provide key inputs and updates for corporate metrics and reporting initiatives to form a basis of future process improvement projects and coordination
- Apply and share various business process development techniques, methods, and best practices to provide a framework for cross-programme process improvements
- Establish and ensure common cross-programme process nomenclature, hierarchy levels, and metrics
- Provide recurring presentations on the continuous evolvement of the process map throughout the programme transition journeys
Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years working experience in IT project delivery; experience in one of the following areas: IT Master Planning, Operations & IT Programs, Health Care Management
- Experience in a Business Process
- Improvement initiatives for large scale transformation programmes spanning multiple stakeholders and multiple projects
- Skilled in use of various process development techniques, analysis, mapping and documentation tools and best practices
- Business acumen and skills to engage business leaders on business terms and deliver business solutions
- Motivated with solid problem-solving skills with the ability to apply qualitative approach to program management
- Analytical mindset, with excellent financial skills and business acumen;
- Ability to translate numbers into meaning and knowledge; ability to see patterns and opportunities in numbers that translate into financial or process improvement opportunities
- Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience from management consulting is an advantage
