Senior Key Account Manager (E-Commerce)

  • Manage a group of brands (Key Accounts) to deliver sales and profitability targets based on the company's goals for
  • all marketplaces through the implementation of appropriate/unique strategies for these key accounts.
  • Establish, maintain and expand relationships with both brand owners/principal and online marketplaces while
  • effectively execute and align marketing/promotional campaigns with key stakeholders i.e. online retailers, online
  • marketplaces, and brand owners.
  • Track e-Commerce account websites for optimization opportunities, including pricing, placement, promotion and
  • content.
  • Lead the demand planning cycle and responsible for stock management of key accounts’ SKUs to ensure sustainability
  • of key accounts’ commercial outcome.
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Service Team to ensure e-store execution excellence; maintaining
  • outstanding store rating and chat response rating.
  • Maintain knowledge and awareness of competing products/services, discount and pricing structures, and overall
  • strengths and weaknesses to determine how best to service and motivate key accounts to stay with the business.
  • Maintain an updated sales funnel and participates in regular sales reviews.
  • Maintain data and information relevant to key accounts for conducting analyses that influence account-specific
  • decision making; use data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize
  • market share, sales, and profits.
  • Responsible for assessing, clarifying, and validating the brand owners’ needs on an ongoing basis, maintaining high
  • customer satisfaction ratings that are up to the business’s standards.
  • Regularly follows up with the customers regarding orders and timely collections of the business’s products in order to
  • obtain feedback on their level of satisfaction and note areas of sales performance improvement.
  • Responsible to lead solution development for the identified improvement areas, coordinating involvement of any
  • relevant business personnel.
  • Responsible for the generation of business in the assigned accounts as well as the attainment of new accounts for the
  • business.
  • Assist in the identification and evaluation of business opportunities by keeping an eye out for business best practices,
  • trends, and principals that will enable the Gateway department to keep consumers satisfied and loyal to the business.
  • Responsible for approved reports to be provided to key accounts on a scheduled and timely manner
