Job description:

  • Attend and handle enquiries and correspondences from internal and external stakeholders, and ensure good customer service

  • Assess the supporting documents and declaration submitted by companies and make clarifications where necessary

  • Facilitate the review/enhancements of work processes and procedures

  • Perform secretariat role in committees and meetings

  • Simple data analysis and collation

  • Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job requirement:

  • Degree in any field 

  • 1 - 2 years of working experience in customer service

  • Able to converse fluently in English

  • Pleasant disposition and positive attitude

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, especially Microsoft excel and word
