You will be responsible for the following:
Accounting and reporting for Operation Shared Services such as Facilities Management, Environmental Services, Security, Carpark, etc at the Headquarter.
Manage stakeholders who make use of these services at facilities managed by the Headquarter.
Assist in the planning and development of cost recovery strategies for these services where you will be required to perform cost allocations.
Supervise a team responsible for the accounting and reporting functions of all funded programmes for Research, Education, Regional Health and talent development.
Support the annual budgeting and forecasting exercise of the departments and areas mentioned above.
Report to the Assistant Director, Finance Operations and will assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Assistant Director and/or CFO.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, with Chartered Accountant (CA) accreditation
At least 8 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role
Good understanding of statutory and accounting reporting requirements, tax regulations and guidelines
Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
An advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel will be an advantage.
