Regulation Support Officer (Early Childhood)

Job description:

  1. Administrative
    1. Administrative support and data management
      1. Contacting eligible centres/IT vendors and advising them on application process
      2. Receiving and processing applications received including checking of application forms and supporting documents submitted
      3. Contacting centres/IT vendors to verify/seek clarifications on the application details (if need be) 
      4. Track and maintain a database of centre applications for the various schemes
    2. Collection of documents/ fax and route it to respective teams
    3. Collecting licenses printed for the department head's signature
    4. Update weekly staff movement chart and file the previous ones
    5. Print monthly statistical reports on the first working day of the month. 
    6. Collate annual leave roster, working hours and WFH schedule. 
    7. Prepare files under the Section and filing. 
    8. Collate statistics of feedback on a monthly basis.
    9. Monitor and replenish stocks of forms for officers’ use.
  2. Logistical 
    1. Booking and setting up of rooms.
    2. Purchase refreshment for meetings
    3. To assist in the collection of Guide for Parents
    4. To assist the building management in the coordination of fire drill exercises
  3. Coordination with other agencies/departments/external parties
    1. Placement requests


  • Min Diploma in any field
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word;
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal;
  • Has a positive and responsible attitude
  • Systematic and meticulous in his/her work
