Registry Officer (Admin)

Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office hours)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparations for IM4L audit:
    • Perform physical stocktake and verification of files
    • Updating of records in filing system
    • Help with files destruction exercises and ensure proper housekeeping of files in Registry
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails 
  • Any other work-related duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: GCE 'A' levels or Higher Nitec/Nitec
  • Well-organised and meticulous
  • Good written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft applications i.e. MS Outlook, MS Excel
  • Motivated and able to work independently and multi-task
  • Relish the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and can perform under pressure.
