Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office hours)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and preparation for ground engagement on records management matters and gather feedback on filing system
  • Identify gaps in filing system and propose enhancements to facilitate the transfer of digital files to external agency
  • Assist internal stakeholders on the creation, movement, retrieval and dispatch of files
  • Handle public feedback and enquiries
  • Perform quality checks on digitalised files and liaise with vendor on logistics arrangements
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails
  • Any other work-related duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification:  GCE 'A' levels or Higher Nitec/Nitec
  • Well-organised and meticulous
  • Good written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft applications i.e. MS Outlook, MS Excel
  • Motivated and able to work independently and multi-task
  • Relish the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and can perform under pressure.
