Job description:

  • Responsible for recruiting and managment of swab ops workforce
  • Oversee operations of swab ops workforce:
    • Sourcing for candidate
    • Screening application
    • Contract management of workforce
    • Deployment of swab manpower to designated areas
  • Respond to queries on the roles

Job requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in managing end-to-end recruitment or as a HR generalist/ Business Partner
  • Degree in HR or related fields 
  • Good knowledge and understanding of key HR functions/practices especially in recruitment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative team player and able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
