- Logistics preparation of new staff, i.e. printing of staff card, name tags


- Retrieval of official items from outgoing staff


 - Assist in corporate office keys management


- Office equipment maintenance and management (i.e. copier, fax machine, water dispenser)


- Disposal of old documents in time for corporate office renovation


- Covering of duties, such as receptionist duty, distribution of newspapers, collection and distribution of mails, etc.


- Filing of documents and downloading of supporting documents from GeBIZ for audit purposes.


- Gift declaration


- Monthly pulping services


- Any other ad-hoc admin duties and paperwork (filing, housekeeping, etc.)
