Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office hours)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Form a part of the platform's core project team by supporting Quality Service Management (QSM) work;
  • QSM work includes drafting responses for public queries, as well as categorising feedback received;
  • Conduct training sessions for users on how to use the platform;
  • May include general administrative duties such as note-taking, collation of responses, and scheduling tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, such as Excel, Microsoft, CRM;
  • Able to communicate in a clear and confident manner, written and verbal;
  • Takes Initiative to complete Quality Service Management tasks;
  • Willing to learn digital portal development (Agile methodology)
