Job description:

  1. Appointment scheduling of meetings for AIM (including booking of meeting rooms) for both internal and external participants during PA's absence
  2. Arrangement of events - Meeting scheduling, refreshment preparations and survey collation, printing out registration forms, survey forms and any other logistics support for each event
  3. Laptop/Statistical laptop request for newcomers - Work with HCL or RSD on the laptop request
  4. Any MOH event coordination, if necessary
  5. SharePoint maintenance 
  6. Support any necessary admin activities related to new hires - for example, coming up with a checklist of items and ensuring the admin tasks are taken care to properly onboard the new hires 
  7. Register external participants for MOH meetings and coordination of meeting logistics


Job requirement:

  • Diploma in any field
  • At least continuous 3 months experience in admin/related to the JD
  • MS Office proficient - Outlook, Word and Excel
