Job description:

  1. Work closely with the Programme Director (PD) to deploy effective digital marketing strategy to promote adoption of new programmes
  2. Support the PD to conduct training needs analysis with corporate clients to finalize in-house and customized training solutions.
  3. Work with faculty to submit programme(s) for accreditation and take the lead to ensure program fulfills audit requirements
  4. Obtain approval for eligible funding for new, in-house and customized as per project timeline.
  5. Employ tight management of each new proposal while executing any ongoing programme(s) as agreed with clients.
  6. Take the lead in updating all marketing channels such as websites, brochures, and presentation decks.
  7. Manage training-related logistic issues which may include but not limited to participant registration, attendance, make-up sessions, room booking, catering, training materials, invoicing and payments. From time to time this may include travel arrangements for overseas participants and faculty, as well as training conducted overseas.
  8. Participate in UAT and work with relevant parties to resolve issues for online learning, training and learning management systems.
  9. Assist the Director to on-board and schedule the faculty to deliver the programme.
  10. Work with faculty to upkeep the training materials.
  11. Respond to queries from all channels regarding public programmes to maximize participation.
  12. Liaise with participants for all information and decisions needed before, during and after the programme. This may include but not limited to funding, certification, attendance, pre-reading materials, assessments, re-tests, training feedback, rescheduling, etc.


Job requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the management and running of training programmes
  • Prior experience in financial institutions, familiarity with IBF funding, and demonstrated Digital Marketing experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to articulate when speaking to stakeholders, doing presentations, building rapport with clients and students
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Video Animation Tools.
  • Plan, organize, follow up and run programmes well.
  • Willing to run programmes occasionally outside Singapore.
  • Strong secretariat and project management skills.
