Process Manager (IT Service Management)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive process review and transformation alongside the ITSM Tools upgrade/ migration project. 
  • Review ITSM processes across Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Knowledge Management, Configuration Management, Service Level Management.  
  • Track and deliver the IT service management (ITSM) program which includes the following areas:
    • IT Service Management process review and realignment. 
    • Review existing processes for streamlining opportunities
    • ITSM Tool workflow to align with ITSM process.
    • Track and deliver migration of ITSM tool to SaaS product.
    • Stakeholder engagement on process realignment.  
    • Coordinate cross-division engagements on process changes. 
    • Provide user training on process and tools.
  • Manage projects which include planning, scheduling, coordinating, and providing process-related solutions for the projects.
  • Maintain and develop process documentation and standard operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies, and procedures.
