- Drive process review and transformation alongside the ITSM Tools upgrade/ migration project.
- Review ITSM processes across Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Knowledge Management, Configuration Management, Service Level Management.
- Track and deliver the IT service management (ITSM) program which includes the following areas:
- IT Service Management process review and realignment.
- Review existing processes for streamlining opportunities
- ITSM Tool workflow to align with ITSM process.
- Track and deliver migration of ITSM tool to SaaS product.
- Stakeholder engagement on process realignment.
- Coordinate cross-division engagements on process changes.
- Provide user training on process and tools.
- Manage projects which include planning, scheduling, coordinating, and providing process-related solutions for the projects.
- Maintain and develop process documentation and standard operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies, and procedures.
- Minimum qualifications: Degree
- Stakeholder management skills
- Familiar with Incident management, problem management, and change management
- Has managed projects
