Manage programmes and projects to equip our low-income families/individuals with internet connectivity and info-comm device.
Handle public and partners’ enquiries for assigned programmes/ projects.
Process application forms for assigned programmes/ projects (i.e. data entry into system, verify the supporting documents against application forms).
Progress reporting and statistics compilation for assigned programmes/ projects.
Support in the user acceptance testing of an online development project.
Other administrative duties to support operations of the assigned programmes/projects.
Must be competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Effectively conversant in English
Has good writing and verbal communication skills (Has an interest in engaging people and building networks)
