Job description:

  1. Perform frontline operations that includes registration/appointment scheduling/referral booking and cashiering duties when needed
  2. Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients
  3. Support doctors in language translation when needed
  4. Proper maintenance of patients’ records and drug inventory
  5. Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image
  6. Adhere to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic
  7. Responsible for daily operations matters and includes collating & compiling patient management indicators
  8. Assist in coverage of other facilities when required

Job requirement:

  • Min GCE ‘N’ Level
  • Experience in working with diverse group of professionals/personnel
  • Frontline customer service and healthcare experience is an added advantage
