Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible in performing day-to-day operational tasks for those Clients assigned to them.
- Handled and process shipment information and documents ( invoice, PL, Datasheets )
- Liaise with supplier / agent on the follow up progression and delivery tracking
- Prepare, update and share reports for clients
- Manage the adminsitrative duties for each record in company operation system
- Handle clients enquiry and provide them with the relevant updates
- Implement, administer, and maintain agreed operational processes including; Client Workbooks & Country Appendices, region invoice templates, agent details, etc
- Active role in supporting implementations
Job requirement:
- Min "O" levels
- Must have relevant working experience or knowledge International Trade/Logistics/Customs/Compliance sector
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience in this particular supply chain / importer of record sector
- Customer Service oriented and meticulous in adminstrative duties
- Independant and willing to learn
