Working Hours:

Monday- Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm

Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Scope:

1. Assist in collection of new staff access passes across our offices and issuance of new hire staff card during the new hire on-boarding

2. Assist in the yearly corporate gift stock taking, sale and disposal of gifts

3. Assist and involved in the setup of meeting rooms

4. Assist and attend to request on key management

5. Assist in liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders on the project status

6. Assist and escort vendor for any facilities management matters  

7. Assist in the project for records management and workflow system and other ad-hoc registry related matters

8. Perform any duties as assigned, which may include cover duty for receptionist services when required.

Job Requirements:

·      Only Singaporean

·      Min. 'A' Level and Diploma above

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Forms

·      Meticulous with attention to details
