Job Description

  • Process requests, claims and application for parking and mobile/ broadband subsidies
    • Process requests received, verify documents, and liaise with staff, parking vendor on necessary follow-ups relating to crediting details and raising of service requests in voices
    • Verify parking vendor’s monthly statement against staff records
    • Update Data entry with parking vendor
  • Arrange and procure supplies
    • Raise purchase orders and process payment in for supplies
    • Manage supplies returns from operation units, budget and manage distribution of supplies
    • Liaise with vendors on e-invoicing payments
    • Carry out ad-hoc purchases and process claims
  • Arrange and procure meals
    • Coordinate with caterers based on meals returns from operation units, budget and setup weekly meals menus
    • Coordinate distribution of meals with caterers and meal leads to ensure meals are properly distributed at all meals time
    • Liaise with vendors on e-invoicing payments
  • Provide admin assistance to managers


  • Min "O" Level
  • Prior work experience in Data entry positions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes and Excel
  • Singaporean only
