Office Administrator (Renewal/Applications)

Responsibilities:

  1. Process and conduct a preliminary screening of doctors’ applications for renewal of Practising Certificates (PC) 
  2. Attend to email and telephone enquiries relating to Doctors’ application/renewal of Practising Certificates (PC).
  3. Track status of PC renewal applications and update healthcare institutions on status of doctors’ applications
  4. Liaise with HR from Employer-Pay-On-Behalf institutions.


Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to commit for 3 months from Sept to December 2019
