Working days: 5 day work week
8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday)
8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)
Contract term: 6 months
1. Develop refreshing onboarding materials and collaterals for new staff with alignment to HPB’s vision, mission, and values
2. Craft compelling stories of how staff exhibit values at work. Work with vendors to present content in an attractive and engaging manner via different channels such as exhibition, digital newsletter.
3. To support ad-hoc communication and marketing tasks where required.
- Qualification: Degree holder and above
- Excellent in writing and designing.
- Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and with an eye for details
- Good in coordinating projects and managing vendors
