Job description:
- Assist in administrative, logistical and operational job functions to support the effective and efficient operations in the Office of the Public Guardian
- Providing support to Supervision and Investigation team’s operations relating to Deputy reports;
- Handling calls and enquires, management of data records, compilation of statistics, drafting of correspondences, verification and processing of forms and printing of letters
- Assisting in ad-hoc projects and events
Job requirement:
- Min Diploma/Degree
- Able to work independently and a team player
- Self-driven and meticulous with strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- At least 1 year experience in Finance
